Humble Beginnings

Here at The 9INES Luxury Nuts, LLC., we pride ourselves in being a small, home-grown, family-owned company based out of Katy, Texas.

Birthed out of the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020, our family began experimenting with whiskey infused candied pecans. What started as a means to bring a little joy to friends and family in quarantine has steadily grown into a successful business venture over the last four years. It has been such a joy to incorporate some of our favorite whiskeys, bourbons, and brandies into our recipes, combining these flavorful spirits with the richness of Texas-grown pecans and our very own proprietary 9INE-Spice blend. Even from our humble beginnings, The 9INES has always been so much more than an amazing business.

    The idea to create The 9INES started with Nikolas’ love for cooking and a deep passion for flavor. As the creator of our extensive line of iconic pecan flavors, Nikolas personally oversees the baking process of each new batch and the approval of new recipes. Under his leadership, The 9INES has grown into the company it is today!

    Truly, the story of The 9INES begins with Viviana in a very literal sense! As a wonderful mother to three (including Nikolas and Joseph), Viviana has worked tirelessly to support her children in all of their many endeavors. At The 9INES, she personally oversees the shipment of each order we receive. She’s an indispensable source of wisdom and love to her three children!

    As the self-described #1 fan of The 9INES, Joseph oversees brand collaboration, general marketing, and the various online platforms belonging to the company. As a certified herbalist, Joseph has furnished The 9INES with homemade aromatic bitters, contributing to specialty and seasonal products, and helping to set our pecans apart from our competitors!
